Launched June 26, 2026, this single stream replaces OINP's former 8 streams. Three pathways: (1) TEER 0-3 — full-time permanent Ontario job offer + CLB 6 + 1+ year post-secondary (regulated-profession/skilled-trade exemptions) + experience (2 years in occupation, or 6 months with the job-offer employer, or 3 months for recent Ontario graduates). (2) TEER 4-5 — full-time permanent job offer + CLB 4 + secondary diploma + 9 months cumulative (last 2 years) in the job-offer position with the job-offer employer. (3) Self-employed physicians — CPSO registration in good standing + OHIP billing eligibility (no job offer required). Wage at or above the regional median for the occupation.
